My goals for the next six months:
- I currently wear a size 14 and I desperately want to be down to size 12 by May.
- I want to have a flat tummy by June 22 so I can sport a bikini!!! ( Not that I would I just want to be able to)
- Along the way I'm going to give my self "mini-goals" with little rewards to keep myself motivated.
- I also want to go to the gym AT LEAST 3 times a week....my schedule should allow it...and at least once a week with friends.
- I'm going to eat a home cooked meal at least 90% of the week b/c it's healthier.
- I don't want to eat fast food more than once a week and during LENT I'm going to give up anything and everything that is STARBUCKS!!!! OH NO! (omg that's going to suck)
I believe it is important to have a support group during all this and that is why Hannah and I have decide to have this blog. We plan to blog our successes and failures to seek support and guidance throughout our journey to being GORGEOUS! lol I can't wait.
I'm going grocery shopping tonight with my points calculator and I'm going to cook me a lovely healthy meal before I watch the SCRUBS season premiere.
I miss you all and I can't wait for everyone to be home!
