I'm going to try to make it a point to write in everything that I eat for the day. You don't have to read that part if you don't want to! This is just so that I have someone "watching me" to make sure I don't cheat! =P
Breakfast: NONE (I know, that's bad)
Lunch:
Salad 0
Chicken 0
Cheese 1
Crutons 4
Dinner:
Chicken 0
Cheese 3
Bar 2
Equals: 10
Okay- so today was pretty good! I certainly didn't eat enough carbs, but that happens sometimes! I really felt like I could do it today. It was hard and I REALLY wanted to cheat come dinner and driving by all the yummy grilling restaurants, but I didn't! I know I can do this and come my birthday I'm going to look AMAZING. I hope!
